★WHY DO I NEED IT?★
Gemma, our designer, has spent hours designing and hand drawing these designs in order for our products to be the best they can be. You COULD head to any high street store and pick up a hoody from there, but we all know that the high street isn't great at catering for our gothic aesthetic!
★WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL?★
We make pretty much make all of our products in house, the ones we can't, we send to our highly trusted print partners. Our print partners have a reputation for producing high quality products and we wouldn't have it any other way! Our print partners have print shops all over the world so we can help reduce our carbon foot print.

Our standard shipping rates vary from 99p for our letter-sized items to £3.99 maximum for multiple items.

All items are shipped as standard via Royal Mail First Class Post.

International Buyers
All orders are shipped via tracked shipping as standard. The postage is calculated at the checkout based on product weight.
All orders shipped to countries outside of the U.K. may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up. Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We cannot offer refunds on items which you have wrongly personalised on the site. For example, if you spelt a name wrong, entered the wrong date etc. So please check your personalisation before submitting "add to cart". If you believe you have made a mistake on your personalisation. Please contact us as soon as you can after your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thegothicstationerycompany.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Remember when you walked into a high street shop and you found stationery that spoke to you? You know, the spooky stuff, that wasn't pastels or cute animals. No, we couldn't either!
We owned a stationery store which printed the cutesy stuff, as we thought that would have mass appeal. But it didn't appeal to US. It wasn't speaking to us and in 2021 we changed the direction of the buisness to this sinfully stylish brand you see before you!
