All items are shipped as standard via Royal Mail First Class Post.

All orders are shipped via tracked shipping as standard. The postage is calculated at the checkout based on product weight.
All orders shipped to countries outside of the U.K. may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like;
perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot offer refunds on items which you have wrongly personalised on the site. For example, if you spelt a name wrong, entered the wrong date etc. So please check your personalisation before submitting "add to cart". If you believe you have made a mistake on your personalisation. Please contact us as soon as you can after your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
