Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Business-to-Business for The Gothic Stationery Company:
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of goods by The Gothic Stationery Company ("we" or "us") to any person or entity ("you") who has applied for and been approved for a wholesale account with us ("Wholesale Account"). By applying for a Wholesale Account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
1.3 By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are a business-to-business customer and that you have authority to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

2.2 We reserve the right to reject any Wholesale Account application without providing any reason. Although we will aim to contact you to with a reason as to why your application was rejected.
2.3 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Wholesale Account at any time, without notice or reason.
3.1 Orders can only be made by Wholesale Account holders who have been approved by us.
3.2 All orders are subject to availability.
3.3 Prices are as shown on our website or catalogue and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 We are a non-VAT registered business and therefore unable to charge VAT.
3.5 We reserve the right to limit the quantity of goods ordered.
3.6 Minimum order amount for your first order is £100, any subsequent orders, the minimum spend is £60
Payment and Delivery
4.1 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Payment can be made by any of the payment methods available to our retail customers- Pay Pal, Shop Pay, major debit cards and credit cards
4.3 Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control.
4.4 Items will be sent fully tracked and delivery prices are based on the weight of your order.
4.5 Items will be despatched within 3-5 working days. Larger orders may take 5-7 days.
4.6 You shall be under a duty to inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.
4.7 If you identify any damage or shortages it must inform the Seller in writing within 3 days of delivery, providing details of the alleged damage or shortage. The Seller shall be under no liability if the Buyer fails to provide such notice.
4.8 Customers in countries other than the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country
5.1 Discounts are as shown on our website or catalogue and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Discounts will be subject to a minimum order value, which will be £100
5.3 Once signed in to your wholesale account the items that are available to you will be shown at their already discounted price.
6.1 Most items will be packaged in retail packaging or "Shelf Ready". With the exception of vinyl stickers, pens and pencils.
Resale of Goods
7.1 Goods purchased for business purposes may not be sold through online marketplaces such as Etsy.com, Ebay.com, Ebay.co.uk, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, Amazon.de, or any other Amazon marketplace without our express written consent.
7.2 Goods may not be altered, re-packaged or re-branded under any circumstances.
8.1All of The Company’s Goods that are available to customers in person are clearly displayed to a high standard, which is maintained regularly by staff.
8.2 All of The Company’s Goods that are available online in any form are listed using The Company’s official images, which are available on request.
8.3 The Buyer may use their own mages for social posts if they are of products on display or in use or any setting that The Company cannot provide an image for, proving they are of a high standard and uphold the brand image of The Company.
8.4 The Company reserves the right to require The Buyer to remove or change any image.
We do our very best to ensure that all of our goods are perfect, however occasionally there may be a fault. If you should find a faulty item in your order then we would be happy to issue a replacement or credit note. The Gothic Stationery Company will not accept returned items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect or accident.
Genuine faulty goods may be returned however we must be notified of faults within 3 days of receipt and items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging to protect items. Other returns are accepted, where goods are in their original, re-saleable condition and where your intention to return has been stated within 3 days of receipt, with goods received in good order within one week of you receiving them.
Please follow this procedure when returning items:
- To return your item you must return it in an unused condition and in the original packaging with all the original tickets and labels attached, and with the original wrapping and box.
- It is your choice how you return the box to us but we advise you send it via recorded delivery insured for the value of the items enclosed. You should be issued with a receipt, which should be retained until the refund is processed. Until the goods reach us they are your responsibility.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the Royal Mail to deliver your parcel back to our distribution centre. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns for products purchased otherwise than via the Site.
