Yes of course. You may cancel your subscription at any time. But it must be done before the 28th of every month to prevent getting charged. You can even pause your subscription and reinstate it at a later date.

Of course! Obviously we hope that you love your boxes, but if for any reason you don't, just ship the entire box back to us within 14 days for a full refund. We can only accept items in an unused and unopened condition.
You will be refunded the product price, along with the original postage cost.

You are charged immediately when you subscribe. Renewals then occur on the 28th of the following month (irrespective of your sign up date). You are always sent a renewal reminder 3 days prior to any renewal to give you a chance to skip,  or cancel the renewal.

Yes! Our postage options are the same as the rest of the store. Based on weight and location. But please bear in mind that your delivery date will be later than that of the UK so if you want to avoid spoilers stay off social media.
